1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 2013)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by contacting our customer service team.


2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- In the same condition as when received
- Returned within 14 days of receipt

The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or partially consumed
- Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life
- Products that have been mixed or tampered with
- Personalised or custom items


3. HOW TO RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


4. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please retain the item and packaging until the matter is resolved.


5. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


6. EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item or variant, please return the original product following the process above and place a new order for the desired item.


7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you still have not received your refund after this, please contact us.
